The DDS Canadian Drawback System is a valuable addition to the Dutycalc family of drawback software solutions. With the cooperation of Citizen Watch Company, we've developed a PC-based drawback software package that Canadian companies can use to process and produce Canadian duty drawback claims.
Dutycalc licenses the DDS Canadian Drawback System as a stand-alone solution. Pricing and costs are as follows:
Base Price: $10,000 (includes internet training)
Additional Fees: If you require on-site installation and training, an additional training fee and travel expenses will be charged. Training and travel expenses vary depending on your location.
Dutycalc conducts demonstrations online using remote-control software. Our demonstration takes approximately two hours and covers all aspects of claim preparation and creation.
We include online training as part of the base price of the System. For an additional fee, we can provide on-site installation and training.
Once you've received the System, you'll receive thirty days of maintenance and support (included in the base price). If you'd like ongoing System troubleshooting and updates, we offer a Maintenance/Support Package. The monthly cost for the Maintenance/Support Package:
- $150 for the first user
- $100 for each additional user
If you'd like modifications, file conversions, and additional support beyond the monthly time limits, Dutycalc can provide this support as well. For those who choose not to take part in our Maintenance/Support Package can receive hourly troubleshooting for a fee of $150 per hour. Fees for modifications are $275 per hour and $150 per hour for additional training and support.
