- Three complete 7501 IMPORT Entries including the commercial invoices
- ALL the corresponding EXPORT Bills of lading with commercial invoices
Documents must be in the below order:
Imports
3 - CF7501 entry summaries from the import broker
commercial invoices from the vendor
that show the part number, serial number and value
stapled together
CF7501 on top and invoice on the bottom
Exports
Corresponding - export bills of lading (showing 'on board date')
(correspond with the above Imports)
to the foreign country, not just leaving the plant
towards the port of export
commercial invoice from YOUR COMPANY to the customer
showing the part number, serial number
stapled together, bill of lading on top, invoice on bottom
If going to Canada, need a stamped B3 (Canadian export summary)
