Guy from Var...I know there aren't very many posts here but I really appreciate your views. I, too, experience many of these contradictions and aggravations. Wouldn't it be nice to have a drawback claimant or broker posting the 8 different drawback offices' "mandates" for comparison? I am a licensed broker working with the New Orleans office. I find the personnel there to be very accomodating and friendly but these "mandates" from above are often illogical and, dare we say, protestable. But, who wants to put their clients through that! Anyhow, please keep posting as you've got at least one sympathetic reader.
