no one has ever raised the issue that if less claims are filed then those filed should be accelerated faster and rulings processed faster
what we need is a spokesman and sound bite just like the communists/liberals/dumbocrats used in the presidential election....remember their battle cry 'every vote must count (for our candidate)'
we should use 'every claim must count (and be accelerated)'
so repeat after me EVERY CLAIM MUST COUNT
