I have been getting acceptance on NEW clients' applications; however the apps for clients under grandfather clause ghaven't even been looked at.
This poses an interesting issue,,,what if any will be the violations if teh new privilges have not been accepted and clien is filing under OLD privileges "promises".
More work for attorneys.
