I have had a little problem in bringing up some of the notes posted on the discussion page. Perhaps I am doing something wrong (probably) but my screen splits into two sections, and then i Have to go to the bottom screen, get one posted note and then use previous/next to scroll.
In so far as applications for renewals are concerned - yeah the idiots didn't think this one far enougfh out - are deluged by re-applications - and are unable to figure out what to do.
I am surprised that they are not acknowledging receipt of the application. In New York they are becxause of the 90 day response time written into the regs.
It's a good thing I looked up at the screen - Bill maybe you ought to build a spell check into this page.
Had my first NOI filed in Long Beach this past week and got a faxed response in two days. I wouldn't hold my breath for that in NY.
