Customs Miami has return application we supply to them on January 1998 and ask us to re-apply with new format as per Chartles W. Winwood leter regarding accelerated payment, waiver of prior notice and one-time waiver. They are also requesting information that is not on the application sending it back to us to add it.
We need more personnel in this office or please advice which office is doing a better job so I could send all my customers application to that office.
